Q. Where are you based?

A. BRAND SHOP YOCHIKA is a registered trading company based in Kyoto Japan. We specialise in sourcing the world's most desired authentic luxury items, and delivering it to our clients worldwide.

Q. What are your operating hours?
你們的營業時間是幾點?

A. We are available for immediate response Monday through Saturday from 10:30am to 7pm JST. Feel free to contact us even outside of business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Q. Do you guarantee authenticity?

BRAND SHOP YOCHIKA has zero tolerance for counterfeit merchandise. We are experts in the brands that we sell, and all items are rigorously vetted by us for authenticity before being offered to our customers. We offer a hassle free full money back lifetime guarantee if an item is found to be inauthentic by a reputable independent authenticator.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept either PayPal, bank transfer. *Please contact us if you wish to pay by credit card.

Q. Where and how do you ship?
可以選擇郵寄管道嗎式?

A. We ship worldwide using reputable courier service such as DHL. If you have a different carrier preference please specify it at the time of purchase. All shipments are fully insured with tracking and signature required.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
商品寄到我這邊需要花多少時間?

A. DHL shipments typically arrive within one week. However, depending on the country the shipment is sent to and various conditions, arrival times may vary. Please be aware of this in advance.
使用DHL大約都會在一週以內抵達。但是依照居住城市與海關審核程度有異,到達時間可能會有所延遲,請隨時留意貨物的運輸進度。


Q. Can you please change the value amount listed on the package so it will not be stopped by customs?
可以請你們修改拖運金額以免我的商品被海關扣留嗎?

A. We're very sorry, but we cannot intentionally change the amount listed, so please keep this in mind in advance. Also, if the package is stopped by customs, payment of any taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
很抱歉,但是我們無法為您修改拖運金額。另外,萬一您的商品被海關扣留,那麼您將有義務向海關繳納關稅。


Q. Do you offer product repairs or maintenance?
你們有提供商品維修和保養服務嗎?

A. We only deal in sales, so if you are interested in repair or maintenance, please contact a local (brand) company store.

Can I see photos of the items I purchase in advance?
